Lost Packages
We will not be responsible for lost packages. We are not responsible for packages after they are in the shipping company's hands. We're sorry about that.

Mistakes do happen, sometimes. If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us through our contact page. Please include your name, order number, email used, and details of the product. We will get back to you as soon as possible with instructions on the process. Returns
NO refunds, store credit only.
You will have 5 days after arrival to exchange the item, or get store credit. We require proof of purchase to process the return. You will be responsible to pay for shipping. Email us at solylunashoppe@gmail.com to return your product. The item will be inspected, and wait for return approval.
